We are happy to offer reliable shipping across Canada. Please review our shipping terms below:

  • Free standard shipping is available on orders over $60 CAD (before tax).

  • For orders under $60 CAD, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on current carrier rates.

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Estimated delivery time within Canada is 3–9 business days, depending on your location and shipping method.

  • A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been shipped.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

You may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • Items are unused, in original condition and packaging

  • Tags and labels (if applicable) are attached

  • You can provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note:

  • Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return or exchange.
